In this case, your account was not yet activated.

When registering for EQFix, you need to activate your account to make sure the email address you used is yours. The activation of your account is done by clicking the 'activate' button in the mail you received from EQFix (sent by no-reply@eqfix.eu) shortly after your registration was completed.
